Do you love the idea of shopping at the farmer's market but aren't quite sure what to do with all of the gorgeous fresh fruits & veggies once you get home? This is the perfect class for you!  During this two-day class, we'll discuss in-season produce, as well as the best cooking methods and ways to get the most bang for your buck while satisfying your summer palate. A light meal will be served.

Class meets Friday, 7/30 from 6:30-8, where we'll discuss the market, available produce, and formulate our plan for shopping the market the next day. We'll meet at the West Frederick Farmer's Market on Saturday, July 31 at 9:45 (rain or shine) and walk through the market together to make our purchases. You will be given a bit of free time at the market, but then we'll zip right down to The Kitchen Studio and pull together a Farmer's Market Feast!  Class on Saturday runs from 9:45-1p.
