Wear comfy shoes and come prepared to cook! In our participation classes students will break into groups, with each group preparing recipes provided for the evening. Once we’re done, we’ll all sit down for a full meal, so you may want to go easy on what you eat before coming to class.
Unless specifically noted, classes are for ages 16 and older. If your child is under 16 and would like to attend, special permission is required in advance. |

| Demonstration |
Demonstration classes are a great way to be sure you don’t miss a thing. You’ll be able to watch and listen to your chef as she or he prepares fabulous food right in front of you! You won’t miss out on any techniques or steps needed to prepare a great dish. Once the food has been prepared, each student will receive a generous taste of each recipe prepared. Portions are a bit lighter than in our participation class.
